SINGLE STOREY REAR EXTENSION RE-MODELLING

 

The existing foundations and low level walls from the original conservatory were retained which were used as the basis of the design.  The existing dining room became the new kitchen and the existing conservatory was re-designed to provide a usable space which is now the dining room.  There was a lack of privacy from the houses to the rear of the property so one criteria for the new design was to gain more privacy to the new kitchen/dining area.

The original kitchen area became a new snug for children.
