RE-MODELLED FRONT ELEVATION, SINGLE STOREY SIDE  AND REAR TWO STOREY EXTENSION

This is a detached family home which we re-modelled the front elevation to give the house more interest.  The clients requested a small store to the front of the house with a utility area behind, a shower room and a ground floor garden/spare bedroom with a large family kitchen area.  The existing ground floor plan was to be extended to the first floor to create larger bedrooms and the master bedroom was re-modelled to provide an en-suite and dressing area.
