Established in 2005 we can offer expert advise on all stages of the project, from feasibility with a free first consultation.  We offer advice to work out the best way forward, through to concept designs which we will discuss with you in detail to finalise the scheme ready to submit for whichever planning application is required. You may require a full householder planning application or a Lawful Development Certificate.  Once approved, we then produce the Building Regulation package and coordinate with the necessary consultants to submit this to Building Control for plans approval.  We can act as your Principal Designer and sign the compliance certificate.
